Class Registration Policy

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

Classroom attendance is required. All classes will begin and end as scheduled. Attendees should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to session start to verify registration and gather course materials. Attendees must sign in and attend the full duration of the class. For multi-day courses, attendees must sign in each day. Late arrivals or early withdrawals will not receive any applicable certification and/or credit for continuing education hours. No refunds, partial refunds or transfers will be

COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

Upon completion of the course, test (if applicable), evaluation form and payment of any outstanding fees, a certificate of completion for real estate continuing education hours and CESCL will be mailed to the attendee within 30 days. NAHB Certificates can take up to 90 days.

REGISTRATION POLICY:

BIAW requests that all course registrations be received 48 hours prior to course date. In the event of a change or cancellation, attendee will be notified by phone or fax. Payment must accompany registration. Phone registrants must provide payment with MasterCard or Visa.

CANCELLATION:

BIAW reserves the right to cancel any class exactly one week prior to the scheduled course. BIAW will not be held responsible for any travel reservations made if class is cancelled. Attendee will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to any other BIAW scheduled course.

REFUNDS:

All course cancellations by attendees must be received at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled start of class to receive a full refund. Attendees will be held responsible for the full course fee if the registrant does NOT show up or cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled course.

COURSE FEE:

The BIAW Real Estate School and the BIAW Education Program, in cooperation with our local association partner, develops all course fees. These fees may vary based on expenses and anticipated participation. Fee information is available for scheduled classes on individual basis.
