ratings group in the state, provides member companies with several important advantages.
How The Program Works
2013-14 ROII® Select Plan Year
Enrollment for the 2013-2014 ROII® Select plan year is now available. Click here

R.O.I.I.® Select Application Form.
All NEW companies (not enrolled for the 2012-13 plan year) will be required
to attend the "Help Us Help You! The ABCs of Claim Management" seminar as a condition
of enrollment prior to the end of the 2013-14 plan year. For a list of class dates

Important Changes to R.O.I.I.®
R.O.I.I.® is now R.O.I.I.® Select. Beginning with the 2011-12 enrollment
year, the following changes have been made to the program.
- Participants must offer Modified duty on all Time loss claims.
- Participants must offer 30 days Kept on Salary (paid by employer) on all Time loss
claims.

New R.O.I.I.®
Select Program Requirements
BIAW has operated an R.O.I.I.® Select group with very similar requirements
for the past seven plan years and the refund results have been outstanding. Companies
that agreed to the Light Duty and Kept on Salary requirements, like those listed
above, have received refunds averaging 51.8%. Now this program will be extended
to companies that pay more than $10,000 in annual L&I premiums. Click the link below

In order to assist companies that will not qualify for the new R.O.I.I.® Select
program, BIAW will offer a new Claims Assistance Program (CAP) to non-R.O.I.I.®
Select companies that would still like claims management assistance for a nominal
fee.
