Building Industry Association of Washington announces 2024 endorsements

July 26, 2024

The Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) made its 2024 endorsements at the annual summer board meeting at the Skamania Lodge. Builders endorsed former Congressman Dave Reichert for Governor and voted to support a list of more than 75 other candidates.

2024 endorsements include Reichert, Hobbs, Heck and more

The state’s largest trade association with more than 8,200 member companies, BIAW represents the interests of home builders, remodelers, subcontractors and others who help Washington families achieve the American dream of homeownership.

BIAW’s Washington Affordable Housing Council (WAHC) also endorsed incumbents Steve Hobbs for Secretary of State and Denny Heck for Lt. Governor.

“BIAW appreciates how both Hobbs and Heck put the people of Washington over politics,” said BIAW Executive Vice President Greg Lane. “Both understand the building industry and both focus on bipartisanship in their work.”

Legislative endorsements cross party lines

The WAHC also endorsed a bipartisan list of legislators from across the state. Type in your address to find your legislative district.
