Patrick Hanks

Born and raised in Washington state, Patrick graduated from the University of Washington and Bellevue College with a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies.

He previously worked as a project coordinator with the Washington Policy Center on energy and environmental policy. Additionally, he served as a Policy Analyst for Senator Lynn Findley in the Oregon State Senate, focusing on finance, revenue, tax and budget policies. Patrick is a Microsoft Excel aficionado with a diverse policy background and a passion for helping the public understand how policy affects their lives.

In his free time, he enjoys creative writing, reading biographies of lesser-known U.S. Presidents, and playing games with family and friends.
