Andrew Northrup appointed BIAW Secretary

The BIAW Executive Committee met and appointed Andrew Northrup of the Spokane Home Builders Association as Secretary for the remainder of 2024.
Northrup’s appointment fills the vacancy created when 2024 Secretary Cameron Kartak resigned effective Sept. 30. Once he received notification of the reservation, BIAW President Jay Roberts discussed the matter with BIAW’s Senior Officers then convened the Executive Committee for an emergency meeting on Oct. 11 for their approval.
“We are grateful for Cameron’s service and thank Andrew for stepping up to fill this role for the remainder of 2024,” Roberts said.
Northrup has been nominated to serve a full term as Secretary in 2025. The Board of Directors will review the slate of nominations and vote at the Annual Meeting and Elections Luncheon at the Fall Board of Directors meeting.
BIAW’s Board of Directors Fall Meeting takes place Nov. 11-13 at the Hilton Vancouver. All members are welcome to attend.
