The Building Industry Association of Washington and the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish counties are partnering with Steward of Craft and Seattle Central College on a job fair from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Seattle Central’s Wood Technology Center.

Residential construction companies from across the region are providing full or part-time employment opportunities to students in the Residential Construction micro pathways program. This is a great opportunity to supplement a student’s classroom and shop education with paid jobsite experience.
In addition, some companies are covering a portion of students’ tuition in exchange for continuing employment for an agreed-upon duration following completion of the program, provided the student worker is in good standing with the company.
BIAW members encourage anyone interested in a career in construction to attend. You don’t have to be enrolled in the program to attend the job fair!
Interested workers should bring a resume and be prepared to discuss their interest in the residential construction field. Register to attend using this online form.
