Then get ready for three days of learning, exploring and networking. The West Hall will feature nextBUILD and the IBS Home Technology Pavilion. The Central Hall includes the IBS New Product Zone and IBS Jobsite Pavilion and the South Hall has the IBS Building Zone, First-time Exhibitor Pavilion and The Spot.

NAHB leadership meetings
NAHB’s leadership meetings start Jan. 26 with Senior Officer events and meetings continue throughout the week. All members are welcome to attend most meetings.
Official IBS events
IBS 2023 kicks off Tuesday, Jan. 31, with an opening keynote by Mike Rowe from the hit series Dirty Jobs. The country’s leading advocate for skilled labor, Rowe’s foundation, mikeroweWorks, has granted over $5 million in scholarships to youth pursuing trades education, including 11 in Washington this year.

- Building Knowledge Sessions.
Pro Builder and Pro Remodeler hosts its new U40 Summit for young professionals on Jan. 30. More senior builders and professionals can add special Master Workshops in Jan. 30 as well.
Other highlights include the Gold Key, Capitol Club and Platinum Club events on Jan. 30, the official IBS House Party on Jan. 31, the Young Pro Party on Feb. 1 and the IBS Closing Concert, a private concert for IBS attendees.

NAHB has assigned the MGM Grand as Washington’s 2023 designated hotel. This is great news as it’s the first stop on the monorail, meaning you’ll have plenty of room to choose from as you board for the convention center each day.
