BIAW Secretary Cameron Kartak resigns from leadership position

BIAW Secretary Cameron Kartak, CEO of AAA Kartak, has resigned from his role as a senior officer for the organization following some unanticipated changes in his business and personal life.

“After reflecting on recent changes in my family and business, I’ve concluded I’m not able to give the time required to be an effective BIAW Senior Officer,” Kartak said in his resignation notice. “I appreciate all of you for affording me the opportunity to serve and wish the entire association continued success.”

Cameron’s resignation is effective Sep. 30.  The BIAW Executive Committee will meet in October to discuss options for Kartak’s replacement.

“We appreciate Cameron for his leadership, both as a board member and as a senior officer,” said BIAW President Jay Roberts. “His fellow officers and I also thank him for this thoughtful decision.  At times, we all have unexpected challenges arise and Cameron has handled this entire situation professionally.  I know he will remain an active proponent and member of our association.”
