It’s Spike Appreciation Month

November is National Spike Appreciation Month. Celebrate with BIAW by honoring Spikes at all levels of membership.
What is a Spike?
Spikes are members who recruited more than six new people to their local association. Every year BIAW honors Spikes by hosting the annual Spike party in conjunction with the summer board meeting
To see a glimpse of how fun these Spike parties are, check out the recap of BIAW’s 2021 Spike Party at Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, WA.
Spikes at the BIAW will also receive either a branded wristband or specially designed pin to proudly show their status.
Spikes earn one credit for each new Builder or Associate member they recruit and sponsor. They also receive:
- Increased visibility, recognition and networking opportunities at industry events
- Unique and valuable lapel pins for each level of achievement
- Additional VIP treatment throughout the year

Thank you to all BIAW’s Spikes and recruiters. Spikes are the backbone of a local HBA and BIAW. They have found the benefits of membership that they’re passionate about and expertly share that information to recruit new members and promote growth.
