Al Audette
Al Audette is a workforce development champion with a proven track record in education and building industry advocacy. Al introduces young adults to the home building industry by attending school and other training center events. He encourages youth to apply for Washington Home Builders Foundation scholarships and works with schools to ensure their CTE programs are equipped to train students for direct entry into the residential building industry. With a military background as a Safety & Public Affairs NCO in the U.S. Army, Al has seamlessly integrated skills into civilian life, excelling as a curriculum developer, and leader in compliance regulations and safety standards. Notably, Al has significantly contributed to the Building Industry Association of Washington’s success overseeing workforce development programs and managing education content expansion. With a strong history of stakeholder engagement, government relations, and strategic leadership, Al continues to be a driving force in workforce development and education.
