Andrew Northrop is a passionate leader with deep roots in the building materials industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Spokane Hardware Supply, Inc., a company with over 20 years of his leadership. He has held various key roles at the company, from welding to President with significant growth and operational efficiencies across multiple states.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Andrew is an active contributor to industry associations. He is a member of the Executive Committee for the Spokane Home Builders Association (SHBA) and chairs the Communications Committee, where he leads efforts to enhance member engagement and external communications. Andrew also serves on the Legislative Policy Committee (LPC) for the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW), focusing on advocacy and legislative issues affecting the industry.

Andrew’s passion for the building industry runs deep, as his family business has thrived in the field for four generations. His dedication to giving back to the industry reflects his strong belief in supporting a community that has been integral to his family’s success.
