After spending more than a quarter-century as a builder member himself, Kevin understands the contrast between the passion for building and the challenges of regulatory requirements.

As a Past-President of BIAW and Central Washington Home Builders Association, Kevin is uniquely invested in the ROII program and remains dedicated to its continued success. In 2007, Kevin proudly won the prestigious BIAW Builder of the Year award, and in 2005, he won the BIAW Remodeler of the Year award.

He’s committed to helping contractors adjust policy and conciliate solutions to everyday challenges.
