Sydney Phillips

Sydney Phillips joined BIAW in December 2023. Prior to joining BIAW, Sydney was Deputy Chief Litigation Counsel at the Freedom Foundation. She has been practicing law in Washington since 2018. Sydney is originally from Canada and moved to the states for law school in 2015. Sydney loves outdoor adventures with her wife and two dogs. When she’s not outside you can find her with a good book and a cup of tea.
