The primary responsibility of a project manager is to get the project built on time and on budget while leaving the customer with a smile on their face.
To accomplish those goals, a residential construction project manager, for example, will need to plan and manage the construction of homes, apartment complexes or duplexes, which requires rigorous training in leadership and project planning.
